2018/2019 Bowen University Post-UTME Screening Announcement
Applications are welcomed from reasonably qualified contender for admission to BOWEN UNIVERSITY degree programs for the 2018/2019 scholastic session.
Affirmation REQUIREMENTS
GENERAL
(I) UTME
(an) All candidates are required to sit for the 2018 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)
(b) Applicants are to finished the on-line application shape by going to Bowen University site at www.bowenuniversity.edu.ng
(c) All candidates are required to have credits at SSCE, GCE, NECO, NABTEB or affirmed proportionate in no less than five (5) subjects, which must incorporate English Language and four different subjects as might be indicated

(ii) DIRECT ENTRY

(I) O' Level Subjects
Hopefuls must have five O' Level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
For Medicine and Surgery, Nursing and Physiotherapyprogrammes, the five (5) O'Levelcredits (counting Mathematics and English) must be acquired at one sitting.

Competitors must have five O' Level credits to include: English Language,Mathematics, Biology/Agricultural Science/Fisheries/Animal Husbandry, Chemistry and one of Physics, Geography, Economics, Civic Education and Food and Nutrition.
Note: For Food Science and Technology and Nutrition and Dietetics, applicants must have five O' Level credits to incorporate Mathematics, English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
(ii) Direct Entry
(a) NCE/ND or endorsed comparable in significant projects.
(b) At minimum two Advanced Level goes to incorporate Chemistry and any of the following:Biology/Botany, Zoology/Agricultural Science, Economics, Physics, Geography, and Sociology
(c) IJMB, JUPEB at adequate review levels in important subjects
(d) HND holders from a perceived Polytechnic with at least Lower Credit.
(e) furthermore, hopefuls must fulfill the O' level necessities as expressed in 2(i) above.
(f) For Nutrition and Dietetics, competitors must have:
NCE/ND or endorsed equal in Food and Nutrition or National Diploma in Agriculture or Nigerian Registered Nurse or affirmed equal in significant fields.
